It is a shameful yet indisputable fact, that even in the 21st Century , despite great advances made by medical research and technologies, most governments and civil societies even in the affluent western world, are unable to satisfactorily meet the yawning demand-supply gap which exists between population requiring healthcare attention and services and the professionals (medics and para medics) who are competent to provide these services .

In the developing and underdeveloped countries of the third world, this gap of “availability and accessibility ” to healthcare services is rendered even wider by the additional factor of “affordability” on the demand side and “accountability “ on the supply side.

The management philosophy of 21st Century Health is to leverage our skills and knowledge of People, Processes and I & C Technologies to assist the medical fraternity and managers of healthcare to dramatically increase their reach and productivity improve the Availability, Accessibility and Affordability of healthcare services.
